Ken Wolff has had the unique experience of having both lent and borrowed more than a billion dollars during his career in banking and as a chief financial officer of a public company.

He began his business career in banking as a corporate lending officer. Over the next 17 years, initially as an account officer and eventually as the manager of commercial lending, Ken assisted hundreds of medium-sized companies with their financing needs. During the last five years of his banking career, Ken served as Chief Lending Officer and then as the President and CEO of the bank.

In 1990, Ken joined ATA Airlines where he was responsible for the Accounting, Finance, Financial Reporting, Investor Relations, Information Technology, Legal, Strategic Planning, Tax, Treasury, and Human Resources Divisions. In1993, ATA became a public company and Ken led their IPO. Dozens of public and private financings were subsequently arranged by Ken and his staff over the ensuing 10 years. Additionally during this time, he negotiated hundreds of transactions including acquisition of new and used aircraft as well as the purchase and the sale of several subsidiary companies. He was a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors until his retirement in 2003.

Ken joined Richey, Mills & Associates, LLP that same year and also formed Ken Wolff & Associates, LLP to do boutique investment banking assignments. Besides assisting numerous private businesses with strategic change and process improvement initiatives, he did work for the Unsecured Creditors Committee of United Airlines and the State Bank of Vietnam.

Ken's undergraduate degree is from Purdue University and his MBA is from Indiana University; where he was also a member of the School of Business faculty for 5 years. During both his banking and airline careers, he was a lecturer at many different conferences and schools in the United States, Europe and Asia. He has served on the board of numerous community organizations and led many civic activities.
