Joe joined RMA Advisors in April 2024. Previous to that Joe was the Regional President of Huntington Bank in Indiana. In that role, he was responsible for coordinating the efforts of over 450 colleagues, implementing strategic, community and business initiatives for Huntington in Indiana, and aligning those business initiatives with Huntington’s purpose mission and values.

Joe has also been engaged in commercial banking, investment banking and related services for much of his career. He has led commercial banking teams and served middle market companies as a trusted advisor for nearly four decades.

Joe has also been a leader in numerous community service organizations. He is the past Chair of Firefly Children & Family Alliance. He also serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, the Central Indiana Police Foundation (past chair), the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Motorcycle Drill Team, the Indianapolis Hundred Club, the board of the Marquette Manor Foundation (past chair) and the board of Retirement Living, Inc. Joe is a past President of the Indianapolis Chapter of Legatus, and has also served on the boards of the Indy Chamber, the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, the Indiana Bankers Association, and the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee.

Further, Joe has over twenty-five years of experience coaching various youth sports and he also serves as a Senior Advisor and Executive Committee member for Saint Mary’s Early Childhood Center. He is the Treasurer of the Indianapolis Oldtimers Club (a charitable athletic organization).

Joe brings a unique ability to think strategically, plan strategically, successfully resolve challenging business situations, and coach and advise business leaders.

Joe graduated from Cathedral High School, earned a B.S. degree in management from Purdue University and received an M.B.A. from Butler University.
