Carol S. Risting

Carol's expertise is understanding human relationships, communication styles, sales and marketing strategies, and leadership issues. She partners with all levels of management to develop and implement strategies that support business goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and to continuously improve a company's ability to attract and retain employees and customers.

She brings over 20 years of leadership, human resources, and consulting experience to our firm. Prior to joining RMA, Carol held various leadership positions where her responsibilities included assisting with organizational consulting and strategic planning, designing and facilitating programs, coordinating communications, overseeing corporate-wide employee involvement, feedback and recognition efforts, directing recruitment and staffing, managing compensation and benefits, grant writing, and providing guidance on human resources issues, as well as sales and marketing.

Carol received a Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University. She is actively involved in numerous community and charitable organizations.
